IDE Primary Master UDMA
IDE Primary Slave UDMA
Ultra DMA implementation is possible only if
your IDE hard drive supports it and the
operating environment includes a DMA driver
(Windows 95 OSR2 or a third-party IDE bus
master driver). If the hard drive and the system
software both support Ultra DMA, select Auto to
enable BIOS support.
This item allows to enable or disable DMA
(Direct Memory Access) support for all IDE
devices.
Block mode is also called block transfer,
multiple commands, or multiple section
read/write. If the IDE hard drive supports block
mode (most new drives do), select Enabled for
automatic detection of the optimal number of
block read/writes per sector the drive can
support.

permits simultaneous two-direction

transmission in one direction only at a time.

Select a matching address and interrupt for the
physical parallel (printer) port.
